This is awesome. I love it. Has a good old-school feel to it and doesn't try to push any gimmicks. Nice and straightforward and consistent.
[Insane]
Maybe it's just been a long time, but I don't remember the Insane being this stylistically different from the rest of the map set. There's a lot of overmapping going on that doesn't really feel warranted along with strange slider speed changes that make little musical sense.
00:10:387 (1) - I'm not really feeling the need for such a drastic slider speed change.
00:16:854 (4,5) - And rhythms like this are... kinda eh. I don't see what they're adding except random noise. And there's a lot of this type of rhythm used in the map. I don't really like them. >:
00:23:322 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - Going from that super-fast bumper slider to these anti-jumps is really anti-climactic pace-wise. I recommend you try something different since the music also picks up drastically.
00:27:633 (1) - And all these weird slider speed ups ._.
00:46:316 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,1,2) - This section is difficult to read due to hitbursts covering up the majority of sliders. You might want to rethink the patterns here.
01:04:998 (1) - Why whistles only from here?
01:14:699 - I'd add a note here to transition back to the faster-paced section of the map.
01:53:860 (1,2,3,4) - Why 1/2s instead of the 1/3 rhythm that's everywhere else in your maps?
02:06:795 (3) - New combo to go with your other difficulties
Not very happy with the Insane difficulty right now, sorry. See if you can clean it up and match better with the rest of the set.
