You can set 'CursorExpand' on skin.in, but can you adjust how much it expands?
I tried setting a bigger number but the reference says it's 0 or 1 only so obviously didn't work.
I saw this 'cursor@2x.png' file on the skin folder and thought it was the expanded cursor image, but realized it's just a higher resolution cursor for when you adjust the cursor size in-game with the slider bar (?)
So probably you cannot, but I created this thread to A: make sure it's not possible, and B: see if anyone else feels the need for this option.
