If you think this mapping is bad in ANY way, I really suggest you try to map it better. Personally I think this beatmap set was mapped in a professional manner and uses advanced mapping techniques to good effect. This beatmap is well made, and perhaps more thought was put into it than most other beatmap sets ranked these days.
