Try increasing the settings on Another and decrease the settings on Hyper, maybe it'll help.

There's ranked maps that are like that. this is 1 of them. If you notice the hard diff has a higher star rating than Insane. also this map here. Look at the gap between easy and normal. Easy has 1.89 and normal has 4.13.

Okay, so those two maps you mentioned have about a 2 star rating difference, but this one has a difference of about 3. Isn't that too much of a difference in skill?

The BG seems to be too contrast, it's rather hard to see the White approach Circle for first few play, maybe darken the BG a Leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetle?

Another & Hyper Diff are about the same in difficulty, and in star rating, Hyper's higher. Another is usually insane, and Hyper is usually hard. Maybe make the Hyper easier?

Some of the part is too quiet (Those 30%'s), you should increase the volume to the point where its audible enough in gameplay.

Other than that, no problem as I can see.
