[resolved] Little to no PP for ranked maps [Mania]

Problem Details:
When ever i play a ranked map i get 2 or 3 pp for a play worth 20-40 pp.
This has happened for about 10 days now and i have tried many versions of osu but none help.

This is part of the rank system in Osu!, I can't really explain it but once you start gaining pp, the amount you gain from maps starts to decrease if they are not being imporved. Otherwise top players would have thousands upon thousands of performance points.
