You seem to have developed a bad habit of spamming instead of reading the rhytm. Try playing lower bpm stream maps, around 140 bpm I would say.

yea, im 10x worse at 140bpm streams ive tried. No matter what i just cant feel the rhythm.

Most common streams are 1/4 rhythm which is exactly two times faster than most common jumps (1/2). There are more chances that you will develop streaming skill on low BPM because you can actually distinguish pressing keys with each finger instead of just machinegunning.

i don't understand how people find low bpm streams harder, they are so much easier

Because of mashing.
Low BPM streams are easy when you learn how to stream. It require some control after all.
OP is mashing right now, randomly, more bpm = more chance to hit shit.

OP needs to practice, a lot, from low to high.
I learned streaming by playing lots of alternating maps which were build as constant low bpm streaming.

Give it a try OP.

Lol. Pretty much this.

110/120/130/140 isn't that hard to stream and 2k/3k PP players are already physically equipped to SS upwards of 1000+ notes in that range if they actually put in the effort to practice. A lot of the "can't stream" types are missing out on one of the easiest ways to build a foundation in ability.

lol you can mash until a point you can mash with rhythm, and youll start to know streaming

You lift your other finger too high while singletapping makes it harder to anticipate stream or stack imo.

I see a lot of problems.

1°. -Stamina and coordination.
Stamina: You need have your arm way more high, and if posible something under the elbow to keep your arm almost as high as your keyboard keys. That make you have a good wrist angle. I have books under my chair and i'm 1'78cm xD. You need to feel confortable to spend tons of hours using a PC. Using your wrist possition right now, idk how you can even move any finger.
Once your wrist isn't in a bad angle anymore, your fingers are free to move.
Coordination: Let your hand relaxed on top of keyboard and your finger tips touching the top of the keys. Chose Autopilot mod and pick a low bpm stream map. Put your right hand on top of your left hand to make sure your left hand don't move. Then start the map and move only your fingers without stop touching the keys at any moment. Focus on acc and make a consistenly move. You move the fingers to much closer one keypress to each other, you're almost doubletapping. You need to wait a little bit between each key press. Use this map Autopilot + Halftime mod. https://osu.ppy.sh/s/40405
*To singletap you can move your wrist, arm or hand and stop touching the keys, you need to practice to learn how switch between singletap and alternante without need big movments or a lot of energy.

Seems like you're following well the rhythm checking your timming starting some streams, but having thrash UR, acc and consistence due to bad wrist angle and bad fingers movment.
To know exactly how to move the fingers you can use, rhythm, reading, hitsounds, music beats, cursor movment... Check an Autoplay mod replay, may help you to understand how the hitsounds should sound.

2°. - Finger control and rhythm sense.
Finger Control: Once you know how to move your fingers correctly, the key is to relax and just let your hands follow the rhythm. Don't pay a lot off attention on what to do/how to do each double, triple, stream... Just let your fingers free and don't force reading. It should go well playing heavy maps when you don't have to think about everything and your muscle memory know how to do the patterns/tap the rhythm.
To improve finger control you can practice at maps like this: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/40405 https://osu.ppy.sh/b/1042025&m=0
Make sure to don't move your hand/wrist to win speed, because you lose to much stamina, control, etc.
Rhythm sense and consistence: I recommend you to start playing this maps, edit them all to OD4, OD5 or OD6 using game editor. https://osu.ppy.sh/b/137122&m=0 If you play them directly at OD8 will be useless and overwelming right now. Just edit to low OD and once you get +93% acc, edit again the map and up the OD1 point, or 0'5 and practice again. Once you can play them at OD9-10 you can start practice HR on them. Low the OD again to practice HR/DT or play It directly OD10 if you can at that point.

3° Reading and muscle memory.
Reading: You should check tons of skins to feel one confortable to read hidden mod, and play using hidden sometimes to don't need AR circles.
Play maps a little bit over your skills and replay(don't retry or quit) those maps until you discover how to do those hard patterns over and over. This map have some deathstreams what are easy to learn to read this way, but what may be difficult at first. https://osu.ppy.sh/b/126645&m=0
Muscle memory: You need to practice at maps where you get around 99% acc. Long and essy maps with repetitive patterns help to build it without get bad habits. Find maps like this and practice: https://osu.ppy.sh/b/680920&m=0

Overall focus on get the right fingers movments and be aware of your fingers each key you press while learning. Any 4*-5* streams map with Halftime mod, will be usefull to get and easy and corfortable practice.

Because doubletap works at 270bpm but not at 140 xD
