do you have any source about title?
if you dont, i'd suggest to use "Nanka Iikoto" instead because "Ii" looks bad and "Iikoto" is fine as japanese

you use CS2 hitsound but there is not any CS2 hit sound file in the .osz, i guess you forget to do a fullsubmittion~

Disable the countdown. it doesn't fit with the song, and since you have no breaks, remove the letterbox during breaks.
that BG reminds me of Kantoku.

[Normal]
00:00:921 (2,3) - try this instead? it follows the instrumental accurately. if you ignore this, then you can do something similar to this.
00:05:344 (4) - maybe replace this for a 1/2 slider? same reason as above.
00:08:998 (5) - add a whistle at the beginning to keep the consistency in whistles.
00:11:306 (2) - same as above but at the end.
00:13:613 (2) - here as well but at the beginning.
01:13:036 (4) - reduce it by 1/2 and add a slider at 01:13:421 and end it till 01:13:998. same reason as 00:00:921.
try to keep your whistles consistent. i saw some notes without the whistles and some with it for consistency. but overall this is fun to play for players, especially for beginners.

The diff settings look way too easy for a hard diff. the AR and CS is fine. increase it by +1 or +2. i think these settings are perfect for a hard diff like this IMO.
00:23:037 (3) - i've seen so many loops but this loop looks ugly. i'm guessing that looped sliders arent your thing, or you did this a long time ago. try to make it like this and put it back to its original spot. you might need to move the notes around after the loop if you do this. here's the code if you can't make it like this.

since this is an insane diff increase the SV a bit. i suggest 1.80 or 2.00 because the SV for hard is the same as this with a SV of 1.60.
00:35:921 (1) - just make this a curved slider. personally i don't like sliders like this because it doesn't flow to my expectations. if you can make this a curved slider, it'll flow a lot smoother and it'd be less confusing for players IMO.
00:52:652 (7,8,1) - the overlap from (5) looks bad, so stack it on (5) to make it less confusing and easier to see for players.
01:05:729 (3) - stack this on (7). same reason as above.
