-> Kiai Time should start on downbeat! (at least that's what I've heard). Plus, the way you're ending kiai is very weird. If you wanna start a new kiai on 01:56:000, for example, you should end the kiai 4/1 earlier (01:54:000) and NOT 1/2 earlier.
-> The character you use in hitcircle.png isn't centered. Is it intentional?
-> (optional) add ShounenT to tags?

-> I personally feel AR5 is too high for a 2-star Normal diff. AR 3/4 instead?
-> And also, I feel you're using New Combo too often. 2 notes per combo overall could be improved with 4 notes per combo.

  22. 03:52:000 (1) - Where's your clap pattern here? Feels weird being inconsistent ><
  23. 04:00:000 (1,3) - Slightly curve these two (to the middle) to get more flow?
From my sightsee, I can see you're stuck with the paradigm "sliders should be curved with many waypoints". Short sliders (and even some long sliders) are played better with only 1 waypoint, really :3

I just checked some of the modding above o.o

There are only two things that I can give a suggestion.

1. In [normal] you can use the hitsound of the "sliderscorepoint" to create your clap hitsound.
For example, in http://osu.ppy.sh/b/50886, 00:21:744 in [hard]

2. In [hard], my suggetion is try to make the Kiai part a little bit different (More notes, higher speed, different pattern) .

First of all, sorry if you don't understand my kiai suggestion above >< - end the first kiai in 01:54:000 and start the second kiai in 01:56:000.

Or try the one kosiga mentioned above, it works well too.

  1. 00:34:000 (1,2,3) - Well, I prefer to put this note like this to keep the fan pattern consistent. Not something you must change though
  2. 00:41:500 (4) - One grid down (probably use lv4 to be more accurate) for a better blanket
  3. 01:03:750 (4,1,2) - Because your previous pattern was symmetrical, it would be better if you could keep the symmetry to (4) here:
  4. 01:15:125 (4) - I highly recommend you to add two more repetitions here, and add finish on slider's end. Here, it's much better to give a 1/1 time before the break, rather than 3/2.
  5. 01:22:000 (1) - Snap this spinner's end 1/6 earlier!
  6. 01:36:333 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - I wonder, because it's a Hard diff, maybe you can create some slider jumps here? If you still want to create double stacks, I think it plays better to space them apart to form a small jump:
  7. 01:44:250 (1,2,3,4) - I personally dislike this back-and-forth pattern. Maybe arrange like this here?
