Issues with the new website can be opened by anyone here: https://github.com/ppy/osu-web/issues

I can't seem to replicate this, so if you are still having trouble and decided to open an issue there, it would probably be a good idea to include what browser you are on.

Judging from your response, is it safe to assume you are able to purchase supporter using the old website?
