-> It would be nice if you could use more repeating 1/6s at where it supposed to be (for example : 00:54:770). It is these 1/6s which makes this song memorable to me, and whistles blend reeeeeeeeeeeeeeally well in 1/6 (I highly recommend this! (: )
  1. 00:13:744 (4,5) - imo, this jump is too wide orz. Perhaps arrange like this? And also, if you want to keep this jump as is, add whistle on (5)'s end to keep the whistle pattern consistent:
  2. 00:16:052 (1) - Why finish here? Finish fits much better on the downbeat (00:16:565) imo. Try whistle here?
  3. 00:17:334 (6) - Add whistle here, considering that you also have whistle on 00:19:385 (7)
  4. 00:22:206 (2,3) - Why stack (3) to (1), and then sudden jump to (4)? Well, sudden jump is fine, but perhaps arrange them to be more predictable? Like this:
  5. 00:25:539 (6) - Whistle on slider's start?
  6. 00:29:642 (6,1,2,3) - This is, imo, a potential place to put some jump. Like this perhaps?
  7. 00:34:257 (2,3,4) - I'd rather create a triangular jump here rather than "abstract" jump like this, but it plays fine
  8. 00:41:180 (3) - Curve this, to emphasize the direction to (4)?
  9. 00:53:231 (3,4) - Spacing, why they're placed apart as they're 1/4 ><
  10. 00:56:308 (7) - Add some "slider wave" twist to this cross-slider?
  11. 01:04:642 (2,3) - I'd rather stack these to (8) rather than (1)'s end, to make them easier to read
  12. 01:07:847 (4,5,6,7) - Slightly curve them in a same direction (ie : inward) to make them more flowy?
  13. 01:17:334 (4) - This is why 1/6 is required here. The pattern you're creating here is confusing more rather than beautiful imo. Here, let 1/6 do it's magic and it became much easier to read (:
  14. 01:18:103 (3,4) - Cruel jump also here, but idk, nothing much can I suggest to improve this one >_<
  15. 01:21:949 (2,3,4,5,6) - Rather than the "overstacking" you did here, I suggest a 2x repeating 1/4 slider here. It fits the music's rhythm also, don't worry (:
  16. 01:32:206 (1) - Remove New Combo? It's not a jump compared with the previous note, so no need to NC this fast after another imo
  17. 01:38:616 - Drag break here? A circle here would be nice, though :3
  18. 01:52:718 (4,5,6,7) - (5)'s placement is too unpredictable imo. A jump like this would play better:
That's it from me. Actually I was expecting something more "solid" like your previous map, but considering this is still WIP I hope the flow/hitsounding would be better as time and mods passes by (:

  1. Nothing to pick up. Good.
Hard
  1. Most of the rythim and pattern are already good. But hitsound could use some improvement .
  2. 00:10:667 (1) - It's not stacked properly with 00:12:206 (5) - . Please move it 1 grid down to make it stack properly.
  3. I think you can improve clap pattern around this time : 00:16:052-00:31:949 by adding additional clap every drum sound at the song. I have tested that and it sounds good. Look the detail below :
    1. 00:17:077 (5) -
    2. 00:18:103 (2) -
    3. 00:18:873 (6) - At endpoint
    4. 00:20:154 (2) -
    5. And so on.
  4. 00:37:847 (1) - How about adding a clap here? I feel some hitsounds are missing here. So a clap would be good.
  5. 00:38:616 (4) - This finish sounds is not appropiate for the rythim imo. It would be good if you change it to clap.
  6. 00:42:462 (7) - Same reason as 00:37:847 (1) - i fell something missing here. A clap would be great.
  7. 00:53:488 (4) - I feel you need a finish sound here since in that spot the rythim is heating up.
  8. 00:54:001 (3) - This one has a spot that missing a hitsound. A whistle at the endpoint is great imo.
  9. Well since the song is repeatiting until the end, i think you can use my suggestion above to any another part of the song.
  10. Also this song has 1/6 rythim on it. Maybe you can use 1/6 repeat slider or stream to increase variation.

Uhh... I don't think you should add Magikarp Gyarados Staryu Starmie Taillow Swellow Doduo Dodrio as tags... Aren't they just being used for storyboarding (or did I miss a new rule/guideline somewhere)?

Speaking of tags, I think you should change Heart Soul to HeartGold SoulSilver since that's their actual names in the DS versions (typing HeartGold or SoulSilver as it is now doesn't bring this map up).

I tend to use 4-5-5-4 as my settings in my guest Taiko Muzukashii. Sorry, no fix !

Okay, time to brush up on my modding abilities.

Bobo's Easy

I think it plays best with AR-1.

00:19:129 (3) - Make 1.4 spacing exactly, turn grid snap off

Do the same for these 00:19:642 (4,5,6,7,1,2) - Shift them over until they are exactly 1.4 apart

00:28:872 (5) - I don't like the overlap. I think it looks better if you adjust 4 so that you can place the slider start on the end of the other slider.

More slight variations in spacing. Might just went to go through and make everything 1.4, instead of 1.42 where it applies. It's not that necessary, but if you find the time it would be nice to just go through it and make the spacing nice and even. Although sometimes uneven spacing adds character.

01:48:872 (1) - Could you reduce the overlap here? A tiny bit of the slider touching would be fine. Right now there's too much touching.

Normal

00:24:770 (1,2,3) - Line this up better please.

00:48:616 (2,3) - This stack is leaning inwards towards the slider. I think it should be moved away from the slider to correct this.

00:49:898 (3,4) - Fix this slight spacing

00:50:411 - I think it sounds better with this note included.
00:54:513 - ^

01:01:180 (1,2,3,4,1) - Make spacing perfect 1.0?
01:04:770 (2,3,1,2) - ^
01:07:847 (5,6,7,1,2,3) - ^ (especially 2, because you have to wait for it)

It would be nice if varying spacings were cleaned in some areas. I know some are intentional. Those you can leave alone. But there are others that don't need to vary.

01:42:718 (3) - Could you place this in a more appealing way? It would be nice if it were closer to 2 and slightly lower.

  1. Storyboard : In taiko difficulties, The black image with the title should be moved some pixels down not to have that :

  1. OD4 is quite a lot for an easy, besides you only use HPdrain 1. It's better when those settings are balanced. Consider using Hpdrain 2 and OD 3 please.
  2. 00:49:385 (1) - This note is only 1/1 after the spinner, that doesn't let enough time to the player to hit the slider correctly in my opinion. Try this instead ?
  3. 00:54:001 (4) - The clap should be on this circle according to the music, not at the beginning of (5). Change it, doesn't it sounds better ?
  4. 01:20:283 (1) - Same as 00:49:385 (1).
  5. 01:38:616 - Select the edge of the break and move it here ?
  6. 01:58:616 (4,5) - Stack them correctly with (2) please. (1 grid down).

  1. 00:16:052 (9) - Because there is a clap in the music's background, you should use a katsu here. Otherwise it feels awkard.
  2. 00:17:077 (1,2,3,1) - This pattern sounds weird according to me. Try k-d---d-k.
  3. 00:19:129 (1,1,2,3) - Sounds awkward to me too. Try : k-d---d-k.
  4. 00:21:693 (2) - This note sounds out of place. Better to remove it o.o
  5. 00:22:206 (3) - Because there is a clap in the music's background, you should use a katsu here. Otherwise it feels awkard.

  9. 01:55:539 - The hitsound volume is just too loud here, that's very noisy. Decrease it please.

  1. 00:32:718 (2,3,4) - This triple looks awkward eh. It overlaps the slider too much.
    I would do the pattern like this :
  2. 00:43:360 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This stream isn't justified by the music like the others. That's why it sounds out of place. Change it please. (overmapping is bad >:D)
  3. 00:53:488 (4) - You shouldn't do an anti-jump here. The player make think it is 1/4 or think that 00:53:744 (1,2,3) are 1/2 which is confusing. And it actually looks better like this :
  4. 01:04:642 (2,3) - It is hard to notice those circles because they are hidden by the stream's hitbursts. Make them visible please.
  5. 01:13:744 (1,2,3,4) - These notes are only 1/2 after the spinner which make them hard to hit. Besides they are at the center of the screen thus they are hidden by the spinner hitburst which make them even harder to hit. (and this pattern is quite complex so ... @.@). Rearrange the pattern please xD
