Welcome to Marathonian Battles! This is a tournament where you can play slightly longer maps than usual, with each map being a marathon itself!
However, due to time constraints, the maps are only 5 to 7 minutes in length (sorry to disappoint those who wanted 2 hour maps) and will be played in a BO1 format (Group Stages) and BO3 format (Knockouts).
Due to the colossal rank range we have, the maps are in the range of 4.5* to 5.2*. There are 2 mappools, one for Group Stages and one for the Knockout Stage.
This is a 2v2, Score V2 tournament. While the minimum requirements is to have 2 members per team, each team can house up to 3 members in total.
There will be 4 teams per group in the Group Stages (32 teams in total). The top 2 teams will advance into the Knockout Stage, which will be played in the Single Elimination format.

Schedules
April 12th - Start of registrations. Registrations closes when the team count hits 32.
April 29th - Release of GS mappool and schedule
May 5th and 6th - Group Stages Week 1
May 12th and 13th - Group Stages Week 2, release of KO mappool and schedule (RO32 and RO16)
May 19th and 20th - Knockout Stage RO32 and RO16, release of schedules for (QF and SF)
May 26th and 27th - Knockout Stage QF and SF, release of schedules for GF and 3rd place match
June 2nd and 3rd - Knockout Stage GF and 3rd place match, conclusion of the tournament
June 5th 0:00 UTC - Deletion of Discord server to make space for my overcrowded server count.
Prizes
1st place: 2 months of supporter for each member of the team
2nd place: 1 month of supporter for each member of the team
Note: Each teammate of a certain team has to play in at least one match to be eligible for the prizes to prevent leeching.
