I have a skin that i downloaded, but the circles you have to click dont have a barrier around them, making it hard to judge when to click, does anyone know which file in the folder i would have to change to fix this, and how i could do it, pls help.

barrier? you mean the approach circle? if the skin does not have approach circles, delete the approach circle file (it must be blank, i assume), use another skin or, if you have hidden mod on, turn it off.
the outmost ring is tinted in combo colors
