Problem Details:
This happens in Fullscreen only on all release channels, including Cutting Edge.
While playing osu I notice a trembling bar at the bottom of the game. It appears 100% of the time when I open the mod selection screen or any other menu inside of the game. It flicks during gameplay, going away and back chaotically at times. This bar shows the background's bottom for currently selected map. Weird...

By the way, as I have said before, it only shows up with Fullscreen enabled. Borderless doesn`t have this issue.

- Windows 10 64 bits
- Tested both Fullscreen optimizations on and off
