I see everything moving after a mania match, just me?

Yeah, just curious haha. Does anyone else feel trippy when they watch something after playing mania for awhile?

For an example, if I go to discord, I see all of it moving up and down slowly lol.

ofc it only lasts like 5 seconds

Yeah it happens if played for a few hours without a break its kinda cool but also annoying.
Especially if you played without a break and then go to bed right away, then you dream about mania which is VERY irritating because I want to rest, not dream about mania.

This is extremely common for new players. Probably related to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetris_effect

Ah I see, it's common then.
It's not annoying imo, pretty "fun" actually.

So far haven't dreamed of mania though

I've been playing VSRGs for many years and I still see horizontal lines and bars on everything sometimes. I'm not sure if it's an effect of playing them for so long or something else. I cannot recall if I've dreamt of mania or anything like that either. But yes, it's likely to be related to the Tetris effect.
