[Archived] Why is the internet being mean to me and my brother?

Problem Details:
I wanted to make a multiplayer game with HuntTheSeasons.
The internet/Bancho is working for my laptop, but keeps disconnecting his desktop form it.

Sounds more like an issue with his computer than osu! or Bancho.

Make sure nothing is being blocked in his firewall, and that his networking is working correctly. You can try releasing and renewing his IPConfig and Flushing his DNS. These are a few quick things you can do to try and fix localized blocked / fluffed up traffic
