I'm fairly new to this game and I'd like some advice on how to get better at streams. I play with a graphics tablet and keyboard. Also, if there are any beatmaps you could recommend below 3* for getting myself familiar, that would also help.

There are almost no maps below 3* that has streams.
I would suggest to not bother yourself with streams at all for now. Just play 2.8-3.3* maps and learn how to do triples properly first.

Old insane/hard diffs have some streams.
Perhaps you could start with those good old tripples? They a nice start to improve your finger alternating.

Honestly for your rank I wouldn't even bother. I think you should probably focus on the general rhythm of each map/song and just play the game and learn as you go.
