So, I've heard some details about this and I've decided to give this a good look.
Having only 2 combo colors is fine, I suppose. I don't think you'd consider adding another one if I suggested in any case.
Nice choice of song.

S h i a's Normal:

Tickrate 2.0 seems to work pretty well here.

- 00:27:274 (2) - Here's a harmless suggestion, still not really perfect. But if you increased the grid-size to make adjustments it could be.


- 01:08:417 (1) - Think 60% volume for the ending is a bit too loud. Normal volume would work better.

- 01:14:417 (2) - If you'd like to, try this out:
- 01:20:417 (1) - Haha, this is just cute.

- 01:25:559 (3) - Noticed the one before this too, if this is meant to be a heart-pulse then you've done a good job. :)

- 01:54:702 (1,2,3) - Just some aesthetic suggestion here. A little unevenness.


- 01:58:131 (1,2) - Looks nicer this way:
- 02:00:060 (3) - To complete it.
- 03:10:131 (3) - Why not move it up so that it's one singular curve?

- 03:30:702 (2) - Pull the 2nd sliderpoint from the start 1 grid down. Which would mean the 3rd slider point in the slider.

- 04:14:202 (3) - 4 grids left.

- 04:19:988 (1,2) - Looks better for a closure:

I see you've intended to have the star rating down to a nicely rounded 4 in the menu.
But I'll suggest you up the AR by 1 anyway.
It doesn't cause it to lose the rating, and I honestly think it would be for the better if you did.

See, the issue is that the settings resemble the Normal pretty much in every aspect.
The good thing is that the way this whole thing is, it's reasonable and plays fine as it is.

Overall, engaging difficulty that manages to keep up with the song. No really identifiable style or patterning here, but it just solidly rides with the track itself, going through the motions very earnestly. And I think that is appealing for this kind of thing.

Harmless overlapping here and there. It's cool.

- 00:55:988 (4) - 1 grid up, perhaps?

- 00:56:363 - Unsnapped inherited timing point.

- 01:21:274 (4) - Seems a little weird. Why not duplicate the previous slider and just rotate it to the same angle as this one?

- 01:30:702 (1) - Rather you not cover a portion of the note.

- 01:34:131 (1,2) - Could be symmetrical, if anything else. You can copy the slider from - 01:34:988 (2) - and then flip it horizontally for (1)

- 02:23:845 (1) - 1 grid right?

- 02:52:131 (2) - 2 grids right.

- 03:38:417 (2) - Kinda spoilish. Seeing as it's actually paired with the next slider. Here's a quick fix:

Some very marginal things here, mainly. I had little to no trouble playing through this haha. The rhythm of the map matches the pace of the song quite well, I don't think there's any section you overdid.

One thing I really admire is the "hardness" of the mapping structure, blending smooth curves and linear shaping for certain parts of the song to accentuate the strong and soft moments. It's a really nice touch. :oops:

Just left to pointing out some minor things like slider-shapes, it'd be cool if you did them.
Hopefully, it doesn't end up annoying you too much.

- 01:00:274 (2,3) - Doesn't seem too bad, and intentional at that. I guess this clears chances for strained readability due to overlaps.

- 01:07:131 (2) - No particular reason or aesthetic appeal for this overlap imo. Maybe it's for the feel of "closeness" ?

- 02:03:274 (1,2) - These seem to be a consistent trait throughout. I think they're fine like that, and even more if you spread them intentionally.

- 02:06:702 (1) - 1 grid left, so it becomes perfectly aligned/centralized.

- 02:42:702 (1) - Normally, one would be careful about such alignments, but I guess it passes nicely since I can see the sliderpath and end.

- 03:04:345 (2) - Now, I could barely see this coming due to kiai and a little bit of the previous hitcombo. Might ruin the arrangement a little, but I'd like to stress that this is a potential issue. Might want to do something about this, yes?
