02:25:432 to 02:31:320 : You can hear something that sounds like a clock sound in the music, so the sliders ticks sounds pretty well here. (much better than the Normal-whistles)
I recommend you to delete (2,3,4) and to add a single slider from 02:29:848 to 02:31:320 (http://puu.sh/ffLc )

General:
no problems here

Tony:
00:29:625(2) - how about making a curved slider to form a blanket around the end of (1)?
00:36:495(2,3) - i think u forgot to add a clap at (2) and at the end of (3). if yes add it to keep the pattern going
00:41:401(3) - ^
01:22:618(1) - same as 00:29:625
01:30:469(1,2) - add a clap at the end to keep a steady flow in hitsounds
02:09:723(1) - move it beside (5) because its touching the hp bar. this may cause a distraction to players causing them to mess up or fail.
02:30:822(4) - remove the whistle at the end. IMO it ruins the whistle pattern

Reiji:
00:29:625(3) - how about making it repeat once and adding a circle? IMO this is better because players may get the idea that this may repeat like the previous slider.
01:26:544(1) - move it down. the repeat arrow is touching the hp bar. im guessing that since this is a normal diff, players may look at that and get nervous during gameplay causing them to mess up IMO
01:42:245(1) - add a finish here. sounds nice IMO
01:50:096(1) - ^

maybe, just maybe, can you silence the slider bodies? the song is very low and the sound of slider bodies at normal soundset is just so weird.

The reason that I request the break starts there is because it's on beat. If you intentionally starts the break at a specific time you should put it accurately. The desired breaking time is 02:25:425 -, so it shouldn't be 7ms later.
