I played osu! for 3.5 years (720hours) but I don't even have a single 200pp play 
I know what you are probably getting at with this post, which is to compare your own progress with others. I wouldn't recommend such a practice unless it motivates you to get better or something. Most of the time when I do it, I lose the point of the game which is to have fun.

I got the game in may 2019 but only started racking up plays in dec-jan 2019-2020 and at the start of may 2020 I got my first 200

I have 132 Hours playtime and a 192pp play started playing around 3 months
I have Osu since February but started playing 3 mothns ago

since this thread seems to be active still ill add mine, 9 months with about 130 hours at the time
It took me 4 months and 210 hours in total. I fell into osu addiction
~210 hours, 11 months since the start and ~12700 playcount. Could have done it earlier if i had played only farm maps.
