You have finger control but not aim, speed, or whatever is keeping you from hitting jumps.
Find out why you are not good at jumps through self-awareness or watching your replays.
Play jump maps that you can pass but not do well on and train whatever is makin you miss the jumps. When you approach your normal accuracy, move onto harder songs.
