Problem Details:

I played a song called welcome to hell, and I got over 1mill points, all was good right? wrong, I got less than 1/10 of a pp from the play

Performance points are added after being weighted.

If you expand the "Top Ranks" section of your profile on the website you can see your best scores, the amount of pp the score is worth, and the amount of pp the score is worth weighted. If you scroll down a bit you will find that this new score you set is worth around 5pp unweighted (as displayed in your screenshot) and after being weighted it is worth 1pp.

In addition to this, each score below this new one is weighted a bit less than it was before, detracting from that 1pp you would have gained.
