Problem Details:
Despite setting up to use screen area in monitor 1, the tablet area still extends into monitor 2. I've been using monitor 1 for years now but monitor 1 was set up yersterday.

Try going into options and turn on "Map absolute raw input to the osu! window". I had a problem pretty similar to this one and it seemed to work.

By the way even with WilderWing's tip, the video shows nothing related to an osu bug as as the video shows, when in osu the cursor blocks at the left side of the osu window and that's the way it's expected to work.
Please post osu bugs in osu forum and huion driver bug in huion (non existent) forum.
