Problem Details:

When I try clicking the picture of the beatmap no sound comes out when I try to listen to the song on the osu website.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20171227.2 (latest)

Try using a different audio output device or browser to see if either one of those play.

If using a different audio output device works, make sure you have surround sound turned off through Windows and any application you use to control your original device.
