BPM: 160 (,02 if you want but not must, just a little suggestion. Mostly the rounded number is better but yeah...)
Edit: Offset: 1686
At last I'll just suggest to resize the BG. 1000x695 is fine but a 4:3 BG with the size of 1024x768 or 800x600 looks imo better because the black border is not there :D But it's up to you, just a suggestion.... (If you'll change don't forget Full Submit)

the actual BPM of this song is 160.

but when i use program to change to 192kbps BPM got change

i'm trying to find new convert program
