I like X a lot. I like the cool hitcircles, but if I were you I'd take a similar approach to HueShift Glow and make the sliderstartcircles normal circles. Right now it looks a bit odd.

Other then that, most of the skin looks good and sticks with a singular theme, but a lot of the elements look very aliased. Try making them thicker and adding a very small gaussian blur to them...

the song selection buttons at the bottom don't really fit with the menu either... They also look really close to other skins so you may want to try modifying them a little.

Good skin though I like it
