Some minor fixes done via IRC:
Ranked.
- Changed Kiai ending point
- Changed a Combo Colour to avoid blending.
- Changed the background.
- [Insane]: Added a couple of whistles.
- [Normal]: Changed a Spinner's ending point.

I'd say -8 offset would work better.
