Iv'e tried a few.

Iv'e been using 9w5 for a long time and yesterday I switched to 10w2, they feel slugish but I feel the smoothing filter thing which is decent, but I cant stand the delay.

Is there a driver somewhere in between these two? (ONE with 0 input lag, but still a smoothing filter) ?

Or just recommend yours.

The new custom ones are really good. 0ms input delay, however you can't have smoothing and no lag, since the latter is a product of the former.

The custom one allows you to set your own input lag, so if for some reason you want to play with 500ms lag on your cursor you have that option there.

Well, you theoretically could, if you built a tablet fast enough to take multiple polls and apply hardware smoothing inside of the USB packet interval, but that would really just amount to anti-jitter since the smoothing would be getting applied to intervals below human reaction times...
