also this bg color is pink. I really find it weird when the black color totally ruins the bg.

Inconsistent letterboxes break, both open and close are fine but it has to be the same for the whole mapset- You can change an ArtistUnicode in the editor(via notepad opening) to the origin like this : 伊藤 静

03:11:369 (6) - finish here would be great
03:12:642 (3) - this note plays bad and doesn't suit with the music much. I would just remove it, extend 03:12:278 (2) - and end at (3) like this
03:13:914 (5,6,1,2) - hard to explain , I will leave the screenshot of it and see if you agree with it
it sounds better + not complicated also it is easy to play because this is just a normal diff. Some of player might have hard time dealing this utterly cluttered notes so I guess you can simplify it like this
03:31:005 (5) - I think this slider sounds better on the blue tick on 03:31:278, adding a note on 03:31:733 will clear the gap out too!
03:41:551 (3,4) - I would remove these two notes and move 03:41:914 (1) - to 03:41:733 instead , it follows the vocal like you have done mostly
beware of spacing on 03:42:460 (2) - too , also add a slider starting at 03:43:187 - to 03:43:369 would be a good idea

also remove all whistles in these 4 notes and add finish on (1) and (2) and (4) , it will correspond with 01:18:824 (5,6) - as the vocal sounds as is

this must be changed to 1/4, it's wrongly snapped..03:18:824 (1) - add one more repeat to make it follow the drum perfectly (end at 03:19:369)

03:41:551 (3,4) - in the test play mode, they sound as default clap which makes this song broken.
I would use this rhythm instead, I don't really know how this bug come but as I see, this new rhythm might help you fix this bug + consistent with 03:50:642 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - , I suggest you use some stream here but it doesn't need to be this large spaced stream, you can make it narrow like

HiNAI would say HP-1 makes this map much enjoyable , some parts that contain big jumps might piss of some players as well, you choice though
01:31:551 (1,2,3,4,5) - this is hard to read. It might fit your rhythm for some reason but as I played throughout the map. This point is really annoying.
I would simplify it, just make everything simple as plain stream like this
02:21:187 (1) - I would remove clap on this slider and remove clap on the tail only at 02:21:551 (2) - . It means (2) will still exist a clap on the head of it.
02:23:733 (5) - add clap
03:43:005 (4,5,6,7,8) - suggestion, I would make this stream like this pic. I would be more expected as it should be in the map in these days
also placing on the single point is a bit plain boring sometimes.
just a suggestion if you like it, you can keep it !
03:48:278 (5,6,1) - 03:49:187 (1) - sounds really nice when it starts at 03:49:005. This point does have important sound which you shouldn't ignore ("shiii~~") sounds something like this. But for the gap at 03:49:551 , you can add a note here so it will follow with guitar sound on 03:49:733 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - accordingly
04:02:096 (x) - add a note here on 04:01:914 (7,8) - will play better because the spacing is gradually increasing here, I bet people will hit at 04:02:278 (10) - early and get missed eventually (the gap between 04:02:005 (8) - and 04:02:278 (9) - is quite uncommon)
04:15:278 (1) - this slider must end at 04:18:520 (1/6) in order to snap it correctly
This mapset needs work for the hitsound only (just check its consistency and make them consistent)
rhythms are nice.
