Hi Nymph here and request from my queue.

00:27:004 (3) - how about let this slider starts at 00:26:830 and ends at the same place, because there is a finish sound at 00:26:830.

00:38:167 (1) - how about finish on this spinner to fit the music.
00:40:260 (1) - why not try some whistles and some finishes after here. it is not that good imo with no hitsounds.

Normal and Easy are ok, but I want to point out that the effect of clapping in normal is not so good, it's irregular due to long sliders and empty beat, and you may want to change the hitsound logic a bit.

Normal and Easy are ok, but I want to point out that the effect of clapping in normal is not so good, it's irregular due to long sliders and empty beat, and you may want to change the hitsound logic a bit.

As for the rest related to being too soon after a spinner. I honestly don't think it's too soon after a spinner. It's 2 beats after a spinner and everytime it's a slider that follows. With this Low AR you will not miss the slider even if you click slightly early or late. Furthermore, I found no other solution as to map it since if I extend the beats and map some other way it will just feel awkward and not follow the song at all.
