The recent activity tab doesn't show EVERYTHING. It shows achievements, supporter tags bought and your best scores. I believe a score only shows up if it is in the top 1000 of a map though don't quote me on that. If it hasn't updated, it's just that you haven't gotten any score worthy of being there.
It's possible you have not gotten an achievement in 4 days. Scores that are not in the top 1000 of a map's leaderboards will not be displayed in the Recent Activity section of your profile.
Scroll down and expand the "Historical" tab, and look at the bottom of that section for "Recent Plays (last 24h)". This will display all of you most recent submitted scores, regardless of their rank the map.
