2017 Top 10 Balkan Players Vote (osu!standard)

I'm a little late for this lol...

For the first time ever, the Top 10 Balkan voting starts now! The video will be made by 2127.
Rules:

- Vote in order from 1st to 10th of who you thought was Balkan's best in 2017
- You are only allowed to vote for players with these country flags:

Serbia
Croatia
Slovenia
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Macedonia
Montenegro

- You don't have to be from Balkan to vote
- You cannot vote for yourself
- Judge players based on plays from 2017
- Please do not vote for anyone that hasn't played at all in 2017
- You may not vote for restricted players
- If your account is too new I will ignore your vote
- Troll votes will be ignored

Also, here's an example of how you would vote:

Results/Calculation method:
#1 gets 10 points, #2 9 points and so on. Points are totalled up. Highest wins.

Voting will conclude March 17th. (I might extend this if there isn't enough votes)

Greece, Albania, Bulgaria. Not sure about Romania or Turkey, they're only neighbouring and have a small portion of land in the Balkans.

I'm pretty sure he means Balkan as in Ex-Yugoslavia countries. It's just referred to as Balkan since it's easier, also the ingame channel for the countries mentioned is called #balkan, other countries have their own specific channels.
