Every winter. Now, It has around 1.5 meters in some places, but I'd say the average is about 40-50 cms.
in the mountains, does that count? .w.

I kinda like snow. I just don't like the 60km/h winds that came with the snow last week where I live.

There's no Snow in My country (Tropical country)... But I experienced It once when I go overseas years ago

We get snow every winter here and I hate it. It have been snowing alot lately too.
At Philippines, there is no winter so I can't feel and see snow in reality.
