I honestly don't see the point of having a servant who trains in strength.
Since the maid/butler system was implemented as a defensive line, it would be better if you go train in stats which can help you stall.
(It's not like they can KO the people who attack you >.>)

I'm thinking long term.
At lvl 100 they'll have 200 ish energy, 700% willpower (assuming estate). Because they aren't affected by willpower diminishing returns, a player that does 60 energy trainings can do 200 energy trainings every 30 minutes for their maid at full willpower.
This basically means the maid can train at 4x the speed of the player. Give it maybe a month and we'll basically be seeing maids that can beat the strongest fighters in the game. Give them time and they'll grossly out class players. So right now I'm pumping strength (then agi) to the point where I could one shot a high level in a defensive attack.

I mentioned it after I finished my 15/30 days as well, it was right after I finished the 30 day one as well.
The rest of the 1~4 days were simple, not much of a boost though. I would gladly repeat the 8 day one for 4k on 3 stats. :O
