I swapped my skin's combo numbers with another skin's, but I just now realized that for some reason, when the number has 2 digits, they appear on each side of the hitcircle like this :

CTRL+O -> Skin -> Open current skin folder
find skin.ini, open it with notepad
find HitCircleOverlap
