Remove the countdown from this difficulty. Doesn't really fit.
Throw +1 at OD, HP drain, and AR. 1 for every stat is currently way too low.
1:54:926 - Stack this note more visibly for newbies to see easier.
2:50:070 - How about a pattern like this -
It has a nice flow and plays out much better. If you do this, put a clap at 2:50:764.

00:03:259 to 00:29:509 - There are alot of un-aligned notes here. Instead of listing all of them, I've provided a screenshot example.
If this is un-intentional, I highly recommend revising this.
00:16:593 - Starting here is just a copy-paste of the previous verse. Mix things up a little. (just a suggestion)
1:07:947 - Instead of starting the spinner here, start it at 1:08:259. I find this much better.

00:28:259 - What an odd place to start a break. I think you should just map this part out.
1:08:051 - Replace this slider with 2 notes instead. It makes it consistent with the previous parts of the maps.
1:13:259 - Extend this slider by two 1/4 beats. In order to follow the distance snap if you do this, curve the slider like this -
1:16:801 - Try ending this spinner here at 1:19:926 (just a suggestion)
1:23:259 - Remove all the finishes from this slider. It doesn't sound very good at all.
2:06:891 to 2:08:278 - The pattern beginning here really confused me. I couldn't read it and did not see it coming.
2:12:440 to 2:13:134 - ^

Remove the countdown from this difficulty. Same as [SL], it really doesn't fit to me.
1:16:801 - Where this spinner ends currently doesn't sound very good. I suggest ending it at 1:18:259 or 1:19:926. Also, making the end silent would also sound nice, especially if you use the latter of my suggestions.

02:18:509 (1,2,3) - (Saten-san) These would look nicer spaced out just a bit more to avoid overlap.
02:22:324 (6) - (Saten-san) You could take this out from under the slider so the player isn't tempted to hit it early. (The previous note under a slider is 1/4 earlier.)

01:18:572 - Move this inheriting section to somewhere that makes more sense.
01:19:926 - The break here is really short and interrupts the flow, I'd say just remove it.
01:37:634 (3,4) - The spacing here is confusing, just use 1.0x as usual.

02:07:411 (3,4) - Whoa, way too close

01:50:343 (1) - Way too soon after a spinner for a Normal.
02:42:440 (1) - ^
The kiai section feels -really hard- for a Normal.
The hitsounding was really really bland. As in it was mostly just claps on 2 and 4. The entire map. Spruce it up a bit. There are plenty of areas that you could easily add finishes, at least.

01:20:134 (1) - I'd consider 1/2 after a spinner more of an Insane technique rather than a Hard one.
01:34:509 (4,1) - Strange to finally see a jump here.
This feels like it's fairly light on the hitsounding as well. See if you can spruce it up a bit!
