just suggestions...:

Combo 2 and 3 seem to look really similar... or maybe it's just my skin. Consider making one darker?

00:04:579 (1) - seems a little off from 00:03:409 (1) -. just stack it perfectly under it? It also makes the curve 00:04:140 (4,5,6,1) - more neat and smooth.
00:07:506 (4) - If i'm not mistaken the new combo should be here, and not at 00:07:652 (1). If you listen at 25%, you should hear that the guitar plays a descending melody at 00:07:067 (1,2,3), and then the guitar starts a new melody at a higher pitch note at 00:07:506 (4) -
00:12:189 (4) - ^
00:16:872 (4) - ^ (and etc... It should be obvious at which parts I'm pointing to, so I'm not going to mention it anymore.)
00:59:750 - aww no stream is mapped at all :(. oh well.
01:12:043 (3) - i have a sudden urge to end this slider at 01:12:262 (the blue tick), but idk why. It just feels so right to me ._. like http://puu.sh/ioen or something
01:26:558 (2,3) - small nazi, but move both these notes down a bit so that combo 1, 2, and 3 are equally spaced?
01:38:137 (1) - a slider works better here imo (that ends at 01:38:769 - ?) rather than a note. just my opinion tho. I'm not all that sure where to put it tho lol.

00:16:872 (3) - same as insane. Just seems to feel better when you have the new combo here, since the guitar starts a new phrase here. (and etc... same with the other similar parts)

02:31:104 (1) - erm why the new combo? Why not match 00:26:385 (4,5) - ?
02:44:421 - adding a note here sounds better to me because it matches 02:41:055 (1,2,3,4,1) - which has 1 slider and six 1/2 tick notes after it. If you add the note, it matches that 1 slider and six 1/2 tick notes after it and it just sounds good to me.

00:58:579 (1,2,3,4) - doesn't really fit imo, and it's just a little unexpected. You never used anti-spacing in previous parts of this same section either.
01:07:213 - either add a note here or move 01:07:360 (3,4) - further away. It just looks like a jump to me, just due to the fact that you have all of this constant 1/2 tick stuff 01:04:433 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1), which just makes me believe that it will still be constant 1/2 ticks.
01:08:384 - if you decide to add a note above, then just for consistency purposes add one here.
01:55:400 (5,6) - what, why is this not a straight line? DDD:
03:27:738 - seems to work better if you added a note here to end the song with :/

Normal and Easy look fine, but kinda hard, but oh well.

imo everydiff need 500~1000 audio lead-in ._. Considering you've already put 1500 for [Easy], 1500 for all diff would be fine.
You start the break for [Rin] at 01:45:716 - , so I prefer you do the same thing for [Easy] and [Normal] as both break starts before 01:45.

00:22:433 - just a little thought here: try to make it gradually louder?
00:47:165 (3,4) - just a bit confusing here as this is the 1/2 spacing throughout the diff and it's not yet in kiai time 0.0

Everything jeri said but instead of the "no just no" I will say this.
Your map in its current state it is breaking one of the oldest and well know rules. Slider paths should not overlap into themselves no matter how easy it is to read. Even if you don't have to move the mouse to play it. This is mostly a cosmetic rule but it also has to do with how a map is read/played. Of course most of you might be able to read this, but it doesn't change the fact that the slider in question is bad and there are a ton of better things you could do with it.

This means, even you could admit, it's readable and playable. And also, i think it's easy for BAT/MAT to judge if a slider is readable/playable.

2.
This is mostly a cosmetic rule.
This means, even you could admit, it's not that useful, if a rule is there only because it's a rule, is it a bit odd? Then why should we have it there? Plz, we have ranking rules/guidelines to ensure players can enjoy playable maps, if one has nothing to do with them or even prevent some fun things happen, we should totally forbidden it.

There are a ton of better things you could do with it
Not really. (1) The sliders need to be long for obvious reason. (2) The sliders need to be creative to fit the rhythm. (3) The sliders need to be readable and playable.

So I think the better way is throw that odd rule into garbage and totally change to this to a case-to-case thing as it's very easy to be so. If the only thing you can think about is "no just no" but not something could really benefits players, i don't think it's going good. Or at least, make [Insane] diffs an exception as Insane players could easily recognize them (as we have another similar rules there), and this map could still be in handle, right?

A little off-topic but: This map is called: Justice Breaker.

These are rules without sense men, the sliders seems very good and are completely readable, you are just crying for nothing.

Man, i hope you could think a bit before posting, what you said is better than "no just no" but not that much. Why we need to keep a rule there just because it's a rule and sadly, many fun things can't exist because of this?

If there's a rule saying: you need to change your avatar to NatsumeRin before getting a map ranked, you of course won't follow it, because it's benefits nothing to the players. But well, why should another rule even worse could happen?

I hope this thing could be a chance for use to fix some odd things in the rules and let future things get better.
