[Archived] Maps not getting submited

Problem Details:
Maps sometimes don't get submited at all, even though they are perfect passes.
The game doesn't show the submiting message under the score, but i can still give a star rating.
It happened 3 times already on 2 different maps, and i reinstalled osu! twice.

Can't be exported, even after just passing the map. (f2), that means the game since the start never actually saved the replay.

Make sure osu! is allowed through firewall, restart router, flush DNS, and renew IPconfig

I don't have a firewall, the router has been restarted way too many times imo, DNS in brand new and it still hapened before, i have to renew the ip each time i swap the router.

If it is not even trying to submit, the issue is in the client, not in the internet.
