Bug Report: Scrolling upwards

From time to time osu! just decides to start scrolling upwards.

EDIT: I just tabbed in and out at the title screen (for 7 min) and when i got back it started scrolling upwards

Regardless of which keyboard i use and keybinds are irrelevant as well.

This can only be fixed by restarting osu!

I have not experienced this bug elsewhere.
When tabbing out of osu! the scrolling stops.
When plugging out the keyboard i use it keeps on scrolling.

Running on stable 20171227.2

Not a bug. Just weird keyboard interaction (t/299015). That or you have a controller plugged in.

So this happened without a controller plugged
I have to restart everytime this happens
There doesnt seem any trigger for this as it sometimes just happens while i tab out
I checked the thread you linked but that and the 2 linked in that thread arent similiar to my problem as they have a trigger of sorts
