I have Wacom Bamboo CTH-460, I've had it for a pretty long time and never used it until now.
but the problem is that I can move the cursor with my fingers but not with the pen, and yes I have downloaded the latest drivers for CTH
but I don't know how to get it work.

whenever I put my finger on the tablet the light turns to brighter white color, when I put the pen no color or nothing changes but when I put the erasure of the pen the color turns to red. but still, it doesn't even move with the erasure only my finger
