I don't know what a silder is but may I recommend hooked on phonics?

You can force to spend more time on read each single slidder start AR circle and practice to read those patterns very clearly. You start get faster after practice and time. Use Halftime mod to practice.
Or you can play them without read by listening music and tapping the whole pattern to the music as it is a stream and letting coordination and peripherical vision aim for you. (I feel more confortable this way, need spend less time to play hardest patterns)

On fast sliders, you should move your cursor fast.

use a simplistic skin and treat the super fast sliders the same way you would treat hitcircles. One tap and on to the next object. You don't actually need to hold them.
Play slower maps where you have time to train your reading
