Currently I don't believe it is possible to filter in the way I believe you are trying to describe. If you do what ZeroxPlaysOsu said, half of the #2 mapset would disappear, but the other half would still be visible. If I am not mistaken, you want the entire mapset to disappear just because it has difficulties above 4*, and that is not possible.
