Problem Details:
Not quite sure which one is better
1920x1080 i have around 2MS
1280x720 i have 0.9-1 MS
Can someone explain which one is better . Also it can affect my gameplay? Ty

Until now i played on my laptop with 1366x768 resolution with 4 ms.

The ms displayed in the bottom right is your frame time. Very simply put, this tells you how long it takes to render one frame. It is the inverse of FPS so you can actually calculate your frames per second by doing 1000/ms.

Using that, at 1920x1080 you are getting 500fps, and at 1280x720 you are getting around 1000fps.

The difference between the two should not be too noticeable and should not affect your gameplay too much. If you use a skin with HD elements they would be used at 1920x1080, but not 1280x720, which could explain the drop in performance.
