I always click an extra time on triples, so that makes it 4 clicks, always SDSD, and i can't seem to get rid of it,its been affecting my gameplay alot.

Yes, very bad habit.
Go back to hards, find maps with a lot of low bpm triples, and force yourself to make SDS.

Tap hitsounds, music beats, AR circles or something xD
Old/Oldstyle maps will cure you.
Search for fast repetitive triples. You will unable to FC them by xzxz playstyle.

Yes very bad habit. I had same problem too once from playing too many weird maps back in the day. Only fix is to practise on slow maps or halftime mod to get finger control.

Mine's the exact opposite though. Every time I need to do double taps or SDSD, I always end up tapping 1 extra time at the end, lowering my accuracy or sometimes even breaking my combo. How can I doubletap
