Problem Details:So, I've always used osu as usual, but after formatting the computer it's in a loop of Ms and Fps. The fps of 120 drops to 80 and the Ms of 8.5 (sometimes 2.0) goes to 40, that happens every 2 seconds (not that I have calculated correctly).
This is only on the menu and when I see or choose my beatmaps (Song). In the game inside the beatmap this does not happen, but still it bothers me

Screenshot will not help at all because it's just that, just the indication of fps and ms of osu itself in a fps loop falling and ms rising and then returning to normal every 2 seconds
