Due to the decreased resolution, people probably wouldn't be able to tell what the fuck is going on in the picture anyways unless they squinted at it. Why do you think there are so many profile pictures with heads of people (mostly anime girls) as their subject? Because it's super easy to tell what it is (and because people like anime girls, but that's not really important atm.)
