00:39:859(3,4) - for (3) align it to the end of (2) to make it easier for beginners and for (4) how about flipping it like This?
01:18:465(2) - Ctrl+H for an easier path?
02:09:115(1,1) - end the spinner at 02:11:948, move the slider to 02:13:365 and add a circle at 02:14:428

Gabex3's Hard:
00:06:565(1) - replace this for 2 circles because it felt odd when i played this

Slider velocity is a tad too high. I have no trouble with SV 1,42 but 1,40fags would yell at you if this isn't 1,40. Set it to 1,40.

This map is awesome excluding some stuff concerning Taiko Oni (Since it's your first attempt I'll say it is still very good) but I got a very high amount of lag on my side (Modding around 16-25 FPS).
I'm also going to make a cool Taiko background. If you still want Miku on the BG, please send me a Forum PM about it. I'm very picky about pictures, so you won't be disappointed !

idk what's happening with gabe and if he even changed anything because of your mod, but anyways I only changed the AR in extreme since i know most people probably wouldn't agree with me anyways with the AR 9. I did not change anything else. Just cuz it repeats twice doesn't mean it's boring -.-

consider adding 'everytime we touch' to tags, since it's the song's original album
the audioleadin isn't the same in all diffs (you gotta change the one in [Gabex3's Hard] to 1500. you can do that manually opening the diffs .osu file)
you also gotta keep the tags consistent in all diffs (need to change the one in [Gabex31's Hard] -aka remove nightcore and add "gabex3") and enable epilepsy warning on Gabex3's diff.
use the same kiai times that were used in the other diffs on [Taiko Oni]
no offense, but the sb looks kinda weird with the black thing in the end. why don't you use some image there? >:

sounds very nice, your standard skills are reflected here, but to someone that have no taiko skills there is some stuff that taiko players are not going to like, keep this taiko diff is very good and funny, well lets mod :p

-the most important stuff that I disliked are those slowdown, are so sudden and confusing, see screen
that katsu (blue note) on the barline is part of the previous stream and is absolutely confusing, a comparition on standard difficulty is having a spacing wrong, I mean a 5 notes stream, 4 notes near and the last note placed to x2,0 spacing
-other stuff that I disliked are the 4 notes stream, dont fit to song and are on weird places

The timing changes in Taiko were given to me by someone else. I just blindly followed them just cuz i wasn't really sure what i was doing. I originally only had like 2 timing changes, but i decided to use my senses again and use less timings.

Overall the grid-snapping kills almost EVERY pattern. Most of them look really bad because of it. Either use a smaller grid size or just use grid snap properly (like, don't use it for actual follow patterns and only for pattern creation before you move them to the right place without grid snap). You should definetely fix all those ugly gaps and inconsistent notefollows like 00:29:233 (4,5,1), 00:35:254 (6,7,1), 01:16:695 (3,4,5), ... doesn't matter where to look almost every 1/2 pattern that is curved should be improved.
00:12:763 (2) - the whistle doesn't fit imo
00:14:180 (5) - ^
00:15:597 (8) - ^
01:22:716 (1,2,3,4) - this is extremely cluttered and not very readable. It would be "ok" for an insane but even then not a very good way to map this. Spread it out a bit and make it readable: the 2x repeats are the main problem here...best thing would be to use a single kickslider or even a single kickslider ending with a circle. Everything should be better than 2(!) 2x repeats following each other without any relation to the song apart from the 1/4 beat of the drum roll.
01:47:155 (3,4) - more 2x repeat kicksliders. At least replace the first one with another short 1/2 slider like the 2 before: http://puu.sh/gcNu (or just use one long kickslider if you prefer...but I think it would be weird as you don't follow the full drum roll anyway)
02:05:927 (5) - weird timing, end this 1/2 earlier and add a circle on 02:06:636 instead to match the vocal follow: http://puu.sh/gcOR and...
02:07:167 (8) - ...delete this note as it doesn't fit your established follow pattern
02:34:971 (1,2,3,4) - same applies as 01:22:716

Still much work in terms of polishing object placement with the inconsistent spacings/gaps and some ugly sliders.
