I get only worse at Osu!

My performance got worse even tho i played frequent and my spm dropped from ~400 to 200-300.
Osu feels really weird since some time and i got no idea why...

you played a little too much, take a little break and then try again

you might also be focusing too much on improvement, try to focus more on having fun

Try playing easier maps. You're spending a lot time on 5* and * even though you perform rather poorly on them (C ranks, D ranks or fail).
Advancing in smaller steps is more efficient and also gives more satisfaction as there'll be a lot of small victories.
Based on your profile you should look into 3.0-3.5*.

It's like Thirty30 said. You're maybe tryharding to get better and that's what makes you play even worse. It's not worth to play if you are not having fun.
