maybe it's me but i think that the BG looks stretched. i suggest finding a clear BG similar to this. it's gonna bother me when this song gets ranked.
Add "Insert song" in the tags. this was sung during the 24th episode of k-on season 2.
i think that the spinner BG and the spinner metre's dimensions should be the same. as it stands, they're different. from what I see, it should be at 1023x692.
i don't think a lead in is needed since the song starts 2 seconds ahead. i suggest that remove the lead in because of that.

00:14:299 (4) - delete this circle and add a 1/2 repeat slider starting at 00:14:043 to follow the drums.

01:24:556 (1,2) - see? this looks nice. try to fix the wave sliders and make them similar to this.
01:30:710 (3) - since (1) is a curved slider, make this slider a curved slider to flow a lot smoother during gameplay.
02:03:530 (2) - the flow looks weird because the flow from the wave slider to the straight slider makes me feel ucomfortable. make this a curved slider so that it'd blanket the 1st half of the slider. it should look like this.
02:34:299 (1) - same as 01:04:043
02:46:607 (1,2,3,4) - this pattern might be hard for players. since this is the easiest diff, players might feel uncomfortable as they have to move in a weird motion. re-arrange the pattern like this. it'd be easier and it'll flow smoother during gameplay.
03:46:094 (1) - same as 01:04:043.
03:47:120 (2) - Do Ctrl+R. you should blanket the repeat slider on (4).
04:06:607 (1) - Ctrl+H and leave it around that spot. the overlap on the repeat slider makes it look bad during gameplay.
04:22:889 (1) - i understand that this is at the 1/6 line, but it'd be better if you can re-snap it to the 1/4 line. the delay is almost the same if you ask me. for the 2nd spinner.
nice map and use of the hitsounds, but i think the combos need a bit of work. if the combos are intentional, then ignore this, and replace the circles for 1/2 repeat sliders like at 00:14:299.

00:05:838 (8) - add a repeat to follow the guitar and to keep it consistent with (7).
00:08:402 (3) - idk after seeing a map unranked due to something like this, this might be unrankable. ask a MAT or BAT to confirm about this.
00:16:863 (2) - make this a curved slider. you'll blanket the previous slider if you do so.
01:04:043 (1) - same as normal.
01:47:120 (2) - curve it a lot more, you'll make a blanket for the previous slider.
02:27:120 (3,4) - remove (4) and add a repeat on (3). i see a potential pattern on this combo. a slider to circle pattern.

02:46:607 (1) - make to make this slider similar to (5). it plays weird during gameplay.

01:29:684 (2,3,4,5,6) - instead of a flower pattern, how about a star pattern? same reason as 00:11:479.
02:21:222 (7) - make this a symmetrical curved slider. you'll make a blanket for the previous slider.
02:34:299 (1,3) - for a smoother flow, 1 of the slider should look the same as the other. example: 1 should look like (3) and vice versa.
03:17:120 (1) - this slowdown on the slider might throw off players. put the SV back to its original speed to make it easier for players.

  11. 03:56:863 (4) - Well,a 3/2 slider here isn't the best choice here... It is better to follow the voces and drums a bit more by using a 1/1 slider with 2 notes or by making the whole pattern 1/2. By using instead a 3/2 ~ 1/2 pattern you have semplified this a lot,and I don't like that much how it sounds :<
