60You pick one in which you're interested to post in. The first thing you do is reading the whole post so that you get information about which mode the user wants to mod. Sometimes you need to perform a little task so that you can get selected by the modder. Always check if the queue is open or closed! It doesn't make much sense to post in a closed queue, ykno. If the modder wants you to use a template to leave a comment with, then please use it. If criteria aren't fulfilled, don't post in there.
tl;dr: just read the whole queue and follow the steps.
