The first repeat arrow on sliders must be visible. Make sure that hitbursts (100s/300s/etc) from previous notes are not covering the first repeat arrow or even the paths/ends of sliders (use the default skin to check if using hitbursts from another skin). It's a guideline so it's allow to be broken and the inconsistency in the kiai seem to be because of kiai fountain which seem fine to me (the begin and end is the same ignoring them). Here's an example, you did a bunch of kiai fountain on a bunch of hit circles in Insane, but in Easy, there is a spinner instead, the kiai fountain would probably look weird. I haven't personally check each and every kiai fountain, but I think having kiai fountain on the middle of a slider in Easy would be weird so I do not think this is unrankable.Guidelines
Kiai should be consistent throughout difficulties of your mapset (especially since it is shown on the main menu). If you have a guest difficulty from another mapper that uses different kiai, then it's fine as long as it still makes sense.

I think partitioning KIAI in this case is not unnecessary, but it's also not a reason for unranking.- The Approach Rate on [Insane] is higher than necessary.
As other people wrote, it's fine enough. Good enough to play. But for me it's really overusing AR because this BPM is not so high and the map is simple overall. I agree with "higher than necessary". Not a reason for unranking but if the mapper can agree, it's better to change AR.

Sure about the repeat? By the time you have to hit the second repeat, the hit burst is fade out enough (due to the fact the slider is long, thus a long time before hitting the repeats). I didn't mention this since I felt mentioning the rule was enough and didn't see anything about how long a slide length must be for this rule to apply.
